Candy Apple is the first commercially available double red ITOH peony on the market from breeder Don Smith. And boy, is it red. Truly red, like an edible candy apple as delicious as the ones growing along the chocolate river in Wonka’s chocolate factory. The plant is perfectly round and the flowers are on stems held tight to the leaves for an overall rounded look.
