SHIPPING POLICY

Our prefered method of shipping is to use couriers services, such as UPS and Purolator. Canada Post can be used if UPS and Purolator are unable to deliver to your address.

 

Parcels are FOB our location in Millgrove, Ontario.

 

To ensure your plants arrive at the ideal time for planting, items from different shipping periods will be shipped separately according to their designated shipping windows. Please note that shipping charges will apply to each shipping period represented in your order. This allows us to send each plant at the appropriate stage and season for successful planting and establishment.

Shipping periods are as follows:

Fall - Ships Mid-September to Early October 

Late Fall - Ships Late October

Early Spring - Ships Late March to Early April

Late Spring - Late April

The shipping period is noted both as a ribbon over the corner of the products photograph as well as in the products description.
